April 2023 Update

It has been an interesting start to the year for us at Motion Icon Europe. Escalator Branding has started to capture the eye of very large Brands and their Media Agencies alike. From our patented Escalator Step Branding product to escalator side graphics, and new technologies now available, Escalator Branding is fast becoming one of the new norms in the OOH advertising world.

Large retailers are now offering Escalator Branding in their standard media packs, and Motion Icon Europe is proud to announce our latest association with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield across Europe and the UK. Motion Icon Europe work with Westfield Rise to deliver these amazing Escalator Step Branding campaigns, so don’t hesitate to contact them for details. Large retail malls are also offering longer-term options on escalator domination campaigns from 1 to 12 months, can you imagine meeting your friends or family at “The Coke Escalator”, or at “The M&S Escalator”. These escalators will become well known over time, especially if branded and “named”.

Motion Icon Europe has also been working very hard behind the scenes to continually develop our product, especially for safety. We now offer our graphics with anti-friction characteristics, which drastically reduces the risk of entrapments on escalators between the risers. This has been highlighted in the attached article in the latest “Lift Industry News” magazine on pages 45-46, where our product was showcased by TKE Elevator at their customer day in February at their Hamburg Factory. We were honoured to be invited to attend this prestigious event and showcase our product with TKE.
